Was hilft euch, wenn ihr in einem tief steckt?

Kommt drauf an wie sich das Tief ausdrückt. Wenn ich mit Aggression reagiere versuche ich sie irgendwo rauszulassen (Sport oder viel Distortion :-D ) oder ich denke einfach so lange drüber nach, bis ich ne zufriedenstellende Antwort für mich gefunden habe.
Manchmal reagiere ich auch so, daß ich dann unheimlich aktiv werde, um mir überhaupt keine Gedanken mehr drüber machen zu müssen (Ablenkung).
