Kann man E-Gitarre ohne Plektrum vernünftig spielen?

Ich bin der Meinung, daß man alle Gitarren mit den Fingern bzw. Fingernägeln spielen kann. Die Stahlsaiten sind zwar nicht so gut für die Nägel, aber es geht trotzdem. Ich spiele sehr selten mit Plektrum. Klar kommt es auch darauf an, was man spielt. Wenn man Hardrock und Powerchords schrammelt, sollte man seine Nägel schonen und ein Plek verwenden...

Über die Geschwindigkeit kann man streiten, denn man kann auch mit Wechselschlag mit Zeige-und Mittelfinger sehr schnell spielen.

Mit den Fingerkuppen hört es sich aber nix an, klingt bei Stahlsaiten viel zu dumpf.
