@Kay:
1. Du verwechselst SuSE mit Linux. Linux ist der Kernel an sich, SuSE bringt wie RedHat oder Mandrake oder oder oder nur eine Distribution raus.
2. Wer Yast2 verwendet ist selber schuld.
3. Wo ist das Problem, eine Konfigurationsdatei per Hand zu editieren?
4. Beklag Dich nicht, daß bei einem Online-Update ein Reboot gemacht werden muß. Ich wüßte nicht, daß man bei M$ z.B. von Win95 auf Win98 überhaupt Online updaten könnte, außerdem: Hast Du mal beim Win installieren die Neustarts gezählt? Ich hör immer nach fünf auf... (zu zählen).
5. Im Preis von 79,90 gleich noch ein (mindestens ein) vollständiges und gutes Officesystem dazuzupacken, da träumt man bei M$ nur von.
6. KDE ist tausendmal besser als die Windowsumgebung.
7. Schon der erste Satz des Testes spricht klar für SuSE. Bei M$ hat man im Preis von weiß-nicht-wieviel-hundert-Euro eine CD ohne Anwendungssoftware (Wenn man mal von WordPad absieht...) und höchstens ein kleines Heftchen.
8. Achso, mir wäre neu, wenn M$ akzeptieren würde, daß man nicht ausschließlich Win auf sein System packt und einen Bootmanager mitliefert...

Ich denke, die positiven Merkmale überwiegen.
