Wegen Barré: Sei froh, dass du nicht auf ner Akkustischen Gitarre Barré spielst, da tut dir die Hand noch mehr weh, weil das Griffbrett viel breiter ist...

Naja, ich kann dir nur raten: Üben, üben, üben. Je öfter du Barré spielst, desto weniger tut dir die Hand am Ende weh. Du gewöhnst dich dran!
Wenn du dich verkrampst, liegts womöglich auch daran, dass du zu fest greifst. war bei mir auch mal der Fall!
Versuch mal etwas lockerer zu greifen, vielleicht klappts ja dann Wink
