zu den Powerchords mit Grundton auf der A-Saite:
eine Moeglichkeit ist die E-Saite nicht zu daempfen, sondern gar im Gegenteil die Quint eine Oktave tiefer mischwingen lassen: ein D-Powerchord sieht dann so aus:

-------------------
---7----------------
---7----------------
---5-----------------
---5------------------

...damit klingt der Powerchord sogar fetter, probiers einfach.
Zum Wechselschlag: Mjachaels Tipp bezueglich Tempo folgen, irgendwann klappts dann auch. Solltest du keine Tabs/Buecher etc. mit Wechselschlaguebungen finden, kann ich dir einpaar zusammenbasteln.
