Naja, in 95% der Fälle wird bei Rock/Pop-Musik etc. ein 4/4 Takt verwendet.

Einfach mit dem Fuß im Takt klopfen und bis 4 zählen, dann ists ein 4/4 Takt.
Außerdem merkt mans auf an der Betonung der Grundschläge.
im 4/4 Takt werden normalerweise die 1 und die 3 betont.

Ich würd dir vorschlagen du beschäftigst dich ein bisschen mit Rythmik und dann wird dir das ganze etwas leichter fallen.
