Die 2 beim A sagt, daß der zweite Ton der A-Dur Tonleiter noch mit hinzu kommt. Also das H wird mitgespielt.

Das Sus sagt, daß für den Ton H der Ton C#(der dritte Ton der A-Dur Tonleiter) weichen muß.

Sus kommt von suspendere, was soviel wie ersetzen heißt.
Der Cis wird also durch das H suspendiert.
