Hallo,
Also ich würde die Les Paul wählen, da du mit der nicht so eingeschränkt bist.

Mit den Humbuckern kannst du fette Bratensounds, aber auch ruhig mal nen cleanen oder crunchigen funksound spielen, wohingegen du mit den singlecoils anner klassischen Strat z.B. keine guten Metalsounds hinbekommst, schon allein wegen dem singlecoil-typischen Brummen in den Normalpositionen.

Am besten, du nimmst ne günstige Ibanez oder sowas ähnliches, auf der du sowohl humbucker als auch singlecoils hast, da hast du dann am meisten Möglichkeiten.
