yep, dat stimmt wohl. aber nur deshalb, weil der betreiber des webradios pro austrahlung eine vergütung an die gema und die gvl (vertretungen der ausübenden künstler und der tonträgerhersteller) bezahlen muss. das macht den mitschnitt legal, wobei diese mitschnitte dann auch wieder wie gekauft zu behandeln sind, d.h. ein anbieten in tauschbörsen oder youtube ist nicht wirklich rechtens.
