falsche technik??

ich fühle mit dir.
Hat ich glücklicherweise noch nie.
Kommt drauf an ob im Finger- oder Handgelenk?

auf jedem Fall jetzt warm halten und mal 2-3 Tage aussetzen.
Immer mal Fingerstretchen [Bild: biglaugh.gif] und etwas auf die Handhaötung achten.
Nicht verkrampfen. und bei Barré nicht 15min ohne Pause spielen.
immer wieder 5min spielen, 2 Min Pause. Gerade am Anfang ist das Wichtig

das wird schon wieder
