Manny,
Du kannst Outlook so einstellen das Du nur die Kopfzeilen runterlädst.
Anschließend musst Du alle Mails markieren die Du empfangen willst oder die direkt auf dem Server gelöscht werden sollen.

Für Outlook 2002:
Extras, Optionen, dann auf Mail-Setup. Auf den Button \"Senden/Empfangen\" klicken. Dann wird Deine Übermittlungsgruppe angezeigt. Auf \"Beearbeiten\" klicken. Auf dieser sich öffnenden Seite unten \"Nur Elementbeschreibungen downloaden\" markieren und mit \"OK\" bestätigen.
