Hallo,

mE ist das die Teflonbuchse, die bewirkt, dass sich die Mechanik besser bzw. gleichmäßiger drehen lässt. Bei billigeren Mechanken gibt's die gar nicht.
Bestimmt bekommst Du da eine auf Garantie; der Einbau ist, wie schon geschrieben sehr einfach.
