Da Mittagspause- mal kurz und knapp:

Reden. Mit allen Bandmitgliedern. Wenn das nicht klappt, dann in den sauren Appel beißen...
War auch schon zweimal an dem Punkt, an dem du gerade bist...und, wenn es durch Kommunikation nicht besser wurde, hatte das im Nachhinein (hab leider nicht aufgehört, sondern geguckt was draus wird....) wirklich keinen Sinn mehr.

Ps: Und weibliche Bandmitgliedern sollten in der Regel (muhaha, Wortspiel) immer hässlich sein...oder...lesbisch ;D Rolleyes
