Allerdings ist sein kleiner Finger ja auch nicht ab.

Daher würde ich

a) die Hoffnung nicht aufgeben

b) auf meinen Arzt hören bzw. ihn fragen. Wenn er meint, dass zwei Wochen Gitarrenpause dem Finger gut täten, würde ich das machen.

Ansonsten erstmal \"Gute Besserung\"!
