Stimmt, wenn ichs nachlese ist es Unsinn...

Richtig:

Jeder Gm/F ist ein Gm7, aber nicht jeder Gm7 ist ein Gm/F

Bei Gm7 geht man üblicherweise davon aus, dass G auch der Basston ist.
Anderenfalls schreibt man das mim Slash dabei.
