Aus dem Bauch raus:

Wenn er die Standard-Akkorde kann, versuch es über die alternativen Barré-Akkorde, also nicht mit Barré-Finger sondern mit \"kleinem Barré\" (das kann er ja, wenns mit F geklappt hat) und übergreifendem linken Daumen auf der tiefen E-Saite.

Wenn er das hinkriegt und sich davon die \"normale\" Barré-Stellung ableiten kann, dürften die Power-Chords ein Leichtes sein.

Ergänzende Frage: Warum zuerst Power-Chords?
