Genau das ist es. Alles völlig korrekt, Oslo!

Ach ja, das Wort, nach dem du suchst, heisst Methodik! Die Kunst, einem Schüler ein Wissen so zu vermitteln, dass
a) er es versteht und umsetzen kann und
b) der Unterricht Spass macht

Methodik hatte ich bis zur Genüge in meinem zweijährigen Militärdienst. Glaub mir: Damit steht und fällt der ganze Unterricht, egal welcher Sparte.
