Eine kostenlose Plattform für eine Publikation wäre dieses Forum und die Membersounds. Sicherheitshalber würde ich mir noch ein paar weitere Möglichkeiten suchen.

Stimmt, das wäre schon mal ne Möglichkeit für eine erste Absicherung. Aber es gibt da doch bestimmt sowas wie eine amtliche Eintragung, die im Streitfall keinen Spielraum mehr zulässt.
