Naja Zakk wilde übt oft 8 Stunden am Tag. Mindestens 2.
Aber der is das auch gewöhnt.

Ich kenne jemanden, der schon relativ viel Gitarre gespielt hat. so ca 1.5 Stunden pro Tag. Er musste dann etwas bestimmtes lernen und hat sein Tagespensum auf mehrere Stunden ausgeweitet. Nach paar Tagen haben ihm die Gelenke weh getan. Er is zum Artzt und der hat gemeint, wenn er noch weiter spielt, bekommt er ne sehr ernste Sehnenscheiden entzündung und kann lange nich mehr spielen.
Also pass auf!
