Das Prinzip ist, sie abzuspielen und den resultierenden Sound aufzuzeichnen. Den kannst du dann in mp3 oder was weiss ich noch umwandeln.

Kostenlose Midi-Player gibt es reichlich, Aufnahmeprogramme auch. Google ist dein Freund.
