Ich würde sagen, der 16. Bund ist zu hoch und somit liegt die Saite beim Drücken am 15. Bund auf dem 16. auf.

Hilfe schafft hier z.B. abrichten der Bünde oder auch Justieren der Saitenlage (und Halskrümmung kontrollieren)
