Man kann seine eigenen Mails zumindest signieren, also unterschreiben.
So kann man sicherstellen und nachweisen, welche Mails von einem selbst sind oder eben nicht.
Aber wie so oft scheitert das meist an der Bequemlichkeit und Ignoranz der Leute obwohl es ganz simpel ist.
Erläuterungen dazu gibt es hier.

Da ja auch die neue \"Telekommunikations-Überwachungsverordnung\" nun amtlich und beschlossen ist, sollte man sich ohnehin mal Gedanken über Verschlüsselung seine Mails machen.
