OK, um mal eins klarzustellen: Ihr habt mir alle recht gegeben.
Falls ihr nicht wisst, was eine Quinte ist: Sie ist der fünfte Ton der Tonleiter.
Ein Dur Akkord ist definiert:

Prime (erster Ton der Tonleiter)
große Terz (dritter Ton der Tonleiter)
Quinte (fünfter Ton der Tonleiter).

Bei C-Dur ist das

C (Prime)
E (Terz)
G (Quinte)

Nochmal die Tonleiter: C (Prime) D E (Terz) F G (Quinte) A H C.
Bei einem Sept-Akkord (z.B. C7) wird die kleine Septime an den Akkord drangehängt.
Die Septime in C-Dur ist Bb. Das heisst: C E G Bb. Ich hab jetzt gefragt, ob ich die Quinte (G) weglassen kann, obwohl ich das mit meinem Gitarrengriff C7 schon mache, ohne dass ich mir dessen bewusst bin. Allerdings wird beim Barré C7 (3. Bund) das G mitgespielt. Ich spiele auch Keyboard, und da wird eigentlich der volle Akkord gegriffen, ich wollte wissen, ob das auch anders geht (allgemein, nicht auf die Gitarre bezogen).

So, Schlusswort: Hat mal jemand ausprobiert, wie das klingt? Genauso!(Weil ja nichts weggelassen wird *g*) Und bitteschön, was habt ihr weggelassen? Bestimmt nicht die Quinte, die war ja gar nicht da! *g*(-> liebe Jessica, erläutere das doch mal)
