Ich hab so ´n Teil. (kostenlos zum Abo dazu bekommen) Eigentlich sind die Teile nicht schlecht, aber man darf es nicht übertreiben.
Ist besser für Body-Builder geeignet, die ihren Brachialis definieren wollen.
