Nach so viel interessanten Beiträgen muß ich auch mal was von mir geben.

Erstmal, ich bin im Moment Referendarin an einer Gesamtschule.

Mich stört , dass manche KollegInnen von einzelnen SchülerInnen feste Meinungen haben. Ich hör mir das zwar an, aber ignoriere es ansonsten und siehe da: die \"Stummen\" beginnen zu sprechen \"zickige\" machen auf einmal Hausaufgaben.
Meine größte Sorge ist, dass mir das später auch mal passieren könnte. Ich fürchte, dass da schnell persönliche \"Kisten\" entstehen.

Mich stört, dass sobald man nicht mehr streng ist, die Mitarbeit gegen Null und die Lautstärke gegen 100 dB geht.
Wenn es nach mir ginge könnte es gerne etwas kollegialer abgehen (zwischen S und L), nur so geht es leider nicht.

Toll finde ich, dass hier ein 8-Klässler umfangreiche Statements abgibt !
