Für mich waren glaube ich vorallem folgende Alben wichtig, wobei man sagen muss, dass es bei den alten Bluesern sowas wie Alben nicht gibt. Deshalb nenne ich da einfach Künstler. Man findet von denen allen gute und günstige \"Best Off\" Zusammenstellungen.
Robert Johnson
Muddy Waters (war wichtig zum Einstieg, höre ich aber nicht mehr gerne)
Howlin Wolf
und ganz besonders John Lee Hooker
Erst später dann Ragtime Musiker wie Blind Boy Fuller

Von den weißen, rockigen Bluesern ist Rory Gallagher für mich DER Gitarrist und Sänger. Ganz besonders toll ist die Irish Tour 74

Ansonsten noch Johnny Winter mit Captured Live und SRV \"in Session\" mit Albert King.

Moderner finde ich Keb Mo und Eric Sardinas toll.
