Kann man , dazu müsste man es transponieren (so heißt das glaub ich) also in eine andere tonart versetzen die dann ohne F wär. Aber das macht man eigtl nur wenn einem die Tonlage nicht passt und man ein Lied deshalb nicht mitsingen kann.

Ich bin auch Anfänger, aber trotzdem kann ich dir eins mit Sicherheit sagen:
Um die Barré Griffe und vor allem das F wirst du nicht herumkommen!
Ich hab das F spielen bei If I had a Hammer gelernt, da ist jeder 4. Griff ein F. Wenn du den Song richtig in schnellem Tempo spielen kannst, dann kannst du auch F und wirst dich freuen!!
