Hallo Leute,

Habe vor ca. 8 Jahren das letzte mal Gitarre gespielt und möchte jetzt wieder aktiv werden.
Musste aber heute feststellen das die Barregriffe gar nit so recht bei mir greifen möchten und die Finger
gar nicht mehr geschickt sind. Noch dazu tun mir die Fingerkuppen von den Saiten extrem weh. Asdf

Wie kann ich die Fingergelenkigkeit wieder zurück gewinnen das auch die Barregriffe wieder klappen?
Vielleicht hat da jemand einen goldenen Tip für mich?!? Wäre euch für Hilfe dankbar.
