ich versuchs mal:

Anne hat x Karten
Inga hat x + 4 Karten
Julia hat x + 7 Karten

jetzt wird das zusammengezählt und gibt insgesamt 68

x + x + 4 + x + 7 = 68 ............. ein wenig zusammenfassen:
3*x + 11 = 68 .............. jetzt auf jeder seite 11 abziehen
3*x = 57 ............... durch 3 teilen
x = 19

Also hat Anne 19 Karten.... den Rest überlasse ich dir ;-)
