hallo sven,

die aussage der hotline ist mist meiner meinung nach. so wie das bisher beschrieben wurde hast du ne masseschleife.

nimm mal isolierband und klebe das über die schutzkontaktpinne am stecker deines schaltnetzteiles, so dass beim einstecken des netzteil KEINE verbindung mehr zum schutzleiter besteht (einfacher schwarz weiss test).

gute NF übertrager sind sehr teuer ... und nichts anderes als eine potentialtrennung die du mit dem isolierband auch hin bekommst.
