Sicher gibt es für MP3 auch variable Bitraten.
Aber zeige mir nur mal 3 Leute die ihre MP3s so kodieren... :-D
Genauso wie es ja auch Leute gibt, die kein Joint-Stereo sondern \"richtiges\" Stereo (quasi Dual-Mono) benutzen und somit Bandbreite und Qualität verschenken.
