Wenn ein Ausländer oder jemand, der einer gesellschaftlichen Minderheit angehört, ein Verbrechen begeht oder Opfer eines Verbrechens wird, wird dessen Nationalität oder sonstige Minderheitszugehörigkeit in Meldungen immer genannt, und zwar in fast allen Medien; in der Bild natürlich etwas betonter.
