Ich denke, da gibbet keine Pauschallösung. Jeder von uns hat sicher mal mit dem Gedanken gespielt, seinem Dasein ein Ende zu bereiten, die einen mehr, die andern weniger stark.

Ich weiß ja nicht, wie du auf die Frage kommst, aber falls deine Freundin oder so mit dem Gedanken spielen sollte, dann ist es schonmal von Vorteil wenn sie es dir erzählt hat. Vielleicht sollte man langsam versuchen ihm/ihr wieder Freude am Leben zu geben. Wie man das macht ist, denke ich, ganz von der Person abhängig.
